Digital Bin / Silo Weighing

The digital Bin / Silo Weigher is designed to connect up to 4 analogue load cells, and to offer the performance and the advantages of a digital load cell configuration.

It contains all transducer electronics to excite the strain gauge, amplify, filter and convert the analogue signal of each load cell to a digital form.
The signals of the 4 inputs are combined to produce a corrected and adjusted weight value. The box incorporates high performance A/D conversion including digital calibration with individual DIGITAL CORNER ADJUSTMENT.

Communication via a bi-directional serial interface allows easy connection to PC, PLC or other peripheral devices with networking capability. Two set points are standard while an analogue output board can be optionally integrated in the unit.

Standard weighing functions are available such as Zero, Tare, Auto zero maintenance, Auto-zero on power-up, no motion detection.

Its unique advantages are the electronic calibration and digital corner adjustment, which allow fast and efficient scale or silo installation, without the use of actual calibration weights and the need of trimming procedures.
The digital Bin / Silo Weigher, comes in a robust stainless steel housing and represents a reliable and professional solution for a multitude of weighing applications.
