1042 Single Point Load Cell

The 1042 load cell is a low profile, two-beam single point load cell, designed for direct mounting in low cost weighing platforms. It combines small physical size, high accuracy and low cost.

Made of anodized aluminium, this high accuracy load cell is approved to NTEP 5000d and OIML R60, C3, C4 and C6. A special IP66 coating provides humidity resistance and assures long term stability over the entire compensated temperature range.

The two additional sense wires feed back the excitation voltage reaching the load cell, while the complete compensation of changes in lead resistance due to temperature changes and/or cable length, is achieved by feeding this voltage into the Leon Engineering electronics.
