TS-300-GSX Modular, Transportable Weighbridge

The TS-300, has been designed on basis of our longtime experience in industrial weighing and with the application of the most modern components.

With our model TS-300 we offer you the opportunity to select a completely transportable weighbridge with many benefits. You no longer require special transport to move this weighbridge. A standard forklift truck will do for loading/ offloading and for the installation work. Due to its design characteristics it is possible to adapt this weighbridge to almost every special requirement without involving high extra cost. The installation time for the TS-300 usually takes less than one day. Furthermore a special and often very costly foundation is something of the past. The TS-300 can be installed on any (reasonably horizontal) concrete or asphalt surface over which also your trucks can drive. Within one day the TS-300 can be dismantled and relocated on a new site. In short, the TS-300 offers you the best price/performance ratio available nowadays.

General characteristics
 
• Lightweight construction, total component weight for a 18x3m weighbridge approx. 11.000 kg, including drive on / off ramps. Heaviest component weighs approx. 1000 kg.
• Easy to transport by small capacity truck.
• Easy and fast (0,5 to 1 day) installation / relocation by means of a small forklift with without necessity for cranes and other heavy equipment.
• No need for special foundations, can be installed on any, reasonable horizontal, concrete or asphalt surface, surface must be able to carry fully loaded truck (ground pressure: 1.4 kg/ cm2).
• No need for recalibration after relocation of the weighbridge (depending on local regulations)
• Only 300 mm high

Module characteristics

Weighing modules
• The weighing module is a complete self-contained unit, consisting of a base frame on which a self-supporting weighing beam is installed, including two integrated high precision stainless steel compression load cells type RC3 each 30 tons capacity, certified to OIML R60 Class III, protection rating IP68, stainless steel, hermetically sealed, each with 18 m of shielded signal cable for connection to the central Bin / Silo Weigher load cells, with self-aligning load cell mounts.
• Incorporated in the weighing module are the transversal and longitudinal buffering elements, which also act as security devices during transportation, together with an anti-lift-off protection.
• The buffering system used is an easy adjustable so-called “free floating” system, constructed without deteriorating parts such as rubber pads etc. Hence a compact weighing module is supplied, which no longer requires:
  • Re-assembly of load cells and buffering parts with installation / relocation of the weighbridge
  • Recalibration of the weighbridge after relocation (depending on local regulations)
  • Load cell positioning (verticality) and corner correction problems
  • The weighing modules are fixed to the surface, after installation, by means of anchor bolts.

Floor modules
• The floor module is a straight forward construction of standard beams, which are welded together resulting in a channelled structure.
• The floor modules are bolted onto the weighing modules providing a drive-way of 950 mm wide on either longitudinal side of the weighbridge, resulting in an economical and lightweight construction (wider drive-ways optional)
• The channelled structure of the floor module serves as a “water & dirt drain” resulting in less material build-up on the weighbridge surface.

Ramp modules
• The ramp module is a straight forward construction of partial standard beams welded together resulting in a channelled structure.
• The ramp modules can be installed on both ends of the weighbridge construction and are fixed to the surface by means of anchor bolts. Each ramp is 950 mm wide. If required 3 ramps can be installed next to each other on either side of the weighbridge.
• The channelled structure of the floor ramp modules serves as a “water & dirt drain” resulting in less material build-up on the weighbridge surface.
