Control Elements

Control Panels Control Panels of any size and configuration, complete with all switchgear, pushbuttons, indicators, temperature control, level control etc are assembled and tested in the factory. Panels are supplied individually or as part of a complete manufactured heating system.

Thermocouples

The thermocouple principle is derived from using two dissimilar metal conductors and forming a circuit with one junction at a higher temperature than the other.

This allows a current to flow and the resultant EMF will be proportional to the temperature difference between the two junctions.
 
 
The following products are manufactured / supplied:

- General purpose - Thermocouples type J, K, T, E up to 400 Degrees Celcius

- Furnace - Thermocouples type K, R, S, B (wire and bead) from 0 - 1800 Degrees Celcius

- PT 100's for accuracy from -80 Degree Celsius to 200 Degree Celcius

- Mineral insulated - Type thermocouples ( types J, K, T, N, E, R, S, B)

- Hardware for all thermocouples i.e. plugs, connectors, fittings, heads etc. Toho/Caho temperature controllers.
