Cast Aluminium Heaters

Manufactured primarily for the plastics industry these elements can be cast to suit any barrel or die that needs to be heated.

These units can also be supplied with cooling tubes cast in for heating and cooling applications.

With a low thermal mass of aluminium these heaters have a quick heat up time and due to the larger surface area,
a lower loading on the element is exerted, resulting in a longer expected life.
