Hoppers

Hoppers are used in various applications were material needs to be stored either in a continuous flow or steady state.

Load cells are used in combination with hoppers in application where the flow of the material needs to be regulated and as such the level of the material inside of the hopper.

Hoppers can also be used to blend or mix material. In such hoppers you usually have two or more inlets, depending on the amount of different material, and a certain number of discharge outlets.

Inside of a blending hopper is a funnel-conical configuration specifically designed for blending a specific type of material.

The inside of the hoppers are lined with anything from solidur or stainless steel, depending on the properties of the material.
