Vibrating Screens

Vibrating feeders are used in applications where material needs to be extracted from hoppers or bins at a controlled rate.

These units are suited to both heavy duty and abrasive applications, when supplied with appropriate surface coatings and liners. The feeders can be installed with either hanging or foot mounted suspensions or a combination of both. 

Vibrating feeders are custom designed to accommodate the client's specifications. Designs are subjected to proper stress and strain analysis. Feeders are steel construction while being lined with VRN steel or ceramic tiles to reduce wear.

The feeder has side or rear mounted excitors which induce the vibrations. The excitors can either be electrical or pheumatic actuators, depending on the application and the environment.
